Norikiyo releases new single "Train Train Train"

Norikiyo, currently incarcerated, is making a comeback with the release of his brand-new single “Train Train Train“, unveiled this Friday, September 20. The release is accompanied by a music video that was launched simultaneously.

Available in digital format and as a limited edition 7-inch vinyl, this new work is the full version of “TTT“, a track that listeners had previously encountered in the CRIMINAL STATEMENT album and the mixtape STACKIN’ BREAD FROM THE PRISON, in collaboration with DJ DEFLO, both released in May 2023. The production of “Train Train Train” was handled by the renowned producer BACHLOGIC, who opted for a minimal yet impactful guitar loop, allowing Norikiyo’s voice to stand out with intensity. Both the title and lyrics suggest an homage to classic songs, reflecting the influence of artists Norikiyo profoundly respects.

The music video was directed by AGRO CREATIVE, a production company well-known to the artist’s fans. Having worked on several of Norikiyo’s visual projects over the years, AGRO CREATIVE directed the video, which is both simple and striking and perfectly captures the essence of the track. Collectors will be pleased to learn that the vinyl version of “Train Train Train” is available in a minimal edition, with only 228 copies for sale. Alongside this release, a line of merchandise resulting from a collaboration with SITE, the author of Shonen in the Hood and a member of the SAG DOWN POSSE collective, which Norikiyo is also part of, is once again available for pre-order on ZAKAI.JP.
