Kønny Releases New Singles and Continues to Make Waves in the R&B/Hip-Hop Scene

Kønny, the rising R&B hip-hop artist, has been making a name for himself in the music industry with his soulful music and smooth vocals. Having just released his fourth single, “You’re The Only One“, on April 29th, 2023, he is proving to be a force to be reckoned with. Several months after the release of “Don’t Play With My Feelings” and “I Can’t Get You Off My Mind“, he shared his two new singles: “Happy Meal:)” and “You’re The Only One“, which also received praise from fans and critics alike. It’s no surprise, considering the success of his debut album, “Back 2 Me“, released in 2022 and received numerous positive reviews from fans.

Born in 1998 in Fukuoka, Kønny began his music career in 2018 under MAVRIQ, mainly performing in Fukuoka. He released his first EP, “Isolation“, in 2020, followed by “Chillax“, which was produced with beat maker LIL G and featured “GAL feat. Shake Pepper & Yvngboi P“. In 2022, he embarked on a solo career under his name. In November of that year, he released his debut album, “Back 2 Me“, in collaboration with Jelly For$e, Dress Marine, and Ysoultruth. Kønny is known for his unique sound, which incorporates R&B music from the 90s and 2000s, which has influenced him since childhood. His smooth voice and R&B harmonies are so captivating that they even received a “Like” from American artist Eric Bellinger.

Currently working on his second album, he hopes to continue innovating and creating more sophisticated R&B music. With his soulful sound and smooth vocals, he is an artist to watch in the R&B hip-hop scene.
