Lovers City Groove is a mixed hip-hop and urban pop album on love. A 23-song recording of up to 77 minutes on CD, released exclusively by Tower Records, but also available for free listening on Dj Hasebe’s YouTube channel. This release has been coming for about two years since “NO SURF, NO LIFE” was released in 2020.

A unique mix of songs selected by DJ Hasebe to be discovered on the YouTube live Welcome to my room and the Spotify playlist TOKYO GROOVE reproduced on CD. DJ HASEBE, the reference of current progressive groove mixtapes in Japan, will present a set that can be described as the best of the moment, including tracks he produced himself. His music set will include a surprise collaboration with Ken Yokoyama (CRAZY KEN BAND) on the way to “Bayside Lover” and another collaboration with the singer on “I see the light in you.“
