Prestigious collaborations for an international sound

The EP 3 features exceptional collaborations with renowned producers. Naco, based in Kyoto, brings his mutant techno signature to the tracks Offline and Espa. These songs perfectly illustrate the fusion of rap and cutting-edge electronic sounds. Stones Taro delivers “Don’t”, a UK garage and house-inspired track that became a true summer anthem in Japanese clubs. Its infectious rhythm and British vibes add an international dimension to the EP. Keita Sano, a producer from Okayama, contributes with Mind, a deep house track infused with wintery emotions. This composition highlights MFS’s versatility and her ability to adapt to various electronic styles.

“AGA”: The single defining MFS’s new sound

The single “AGA”, produced by Dayzero, stands out as the flagship track of the EP. Built on dubstep foundations, the song unleashes heavy basslines and razor-sharp rhythms. It perfectly embodies MFS’s artistic shift toward a contemporary, aggressive club sound. AGA reflects the current state of the Japanese club scene. The track fuses the raw energy of dubstep with MFS’s rap technique, creating a perfect symbiosis between two musical worlds.

The EP also includes Combo Remix, a collaboration between RUI HAYAKAWA and Taihei. This remix transforms the original composition into a club-optimized version. The two artists reconstructed the track to maximize its impact on Japanese dancefloors. This remix showcases MFS’s ability to reinvent her own creations, offering a fresh perspective on her work while staying true to the essence of her music.

“3” was mastered by Stuart Hawkes, a sound engineer based at Metropolis Studios in London, known for working with international artists such as Adele and Charli XCX. His expertise ensures exceptional sound quality for MFS’s EP. This international collaboration raises the project to global standards. Each of the six tracks displays professional audio quality on par with the world’s most polished productions.
