JUBEE is making waves with the release of his new music video, “Re-create.” This track is one of the standouts from his second album Liberation, which dropped on Wednesday, July 31, 2024. Takeshi Ueda, a member of the rock band AA= (pronounced A-E-Call), produced it. This track blends explosive rock and hip-hop elements. A true banger, “Re-create” shakes the floors at every performance, especially during the album’s promotional tour.

The music video for “Re-create” presents an original concept based on the theme “BOOMBOX×STREET STYLE“. A giant boombox (portable cassette player) follows JUBEE’s everyday life, capturing his encounters with artists, creators, fans, and friends, mainly in his hometown of Shibuya. The uniqueness of the video lies in the use of a 360-degree camera placed directly inside the boombox, offering immersive and authentic footage.

The video also features several cameos, with appearances by JUBEE’s close collaborators such as DJ WATARAI, DOI, in-d (CreativeDrugStore), Lui, MUD, Eisuke Shimizu (Age Factory / AFJB), and Takuya Yamanaka (THE ORAL CIGARETTES). These showcase the strong sense of community and creativity that defines the artist’s world.
