MFS Teams Up with JJJ for His Latest Single "Mirror"

Rising artist MFS is back in the news with the release of his latest single, “Mirror feat. JJJ“, on 17 May. An influential member of Osaka-based hip-hop collective Tha Jointz, MFS made his mark earlier this year when Spotify named him one of the artists to watch for 2024 as part of its “RADAR: Early Noise 2024” initiative. His debut album COMBO, released in April, cemented his reputation as an up-and-coming artist, while he recently put on his first solo performance.

“Mirror” follows on from “Drink feat. JJJ (prod. JJJ)“, one of the highlights of the album COMBO, which was particularly well received. Produced once again by JJJ, this new track skilfully blends MFS’s distinctive style with JJJ’s powerful lyrics. Mastering was carried out by Colin Leonard, a renowned American engineer who has previously worked with Beyoncé and Cardi B and has won a Grammy Award. This high-profile collaboration promises to draw even more attention to MFS, cementing his status as a rising star in hip-hop.
