February 10 marks the release of the collaborative EP Flash Back by Tokyo Gal and DJ FRIP, aka Beatlab. Tokyo Gal is a bilingual artist born and raised in Tokyo with Japanese and American roots. She teams up again with DJ FRIP, aka Beatlab, a respected producer on the J-RAP scene in Tokyo, to offer fans a unique musical experience.

The new single Say Less feat. JASMINE will open the EP in style. JASMINE, who returned to the spotlight in 2019, brings an additional R&B touch. The rest of the EP will not disappoint with guest performances from some of the best rappers and songwriters based in Tokyo, including KIKUMARU and ZIN, a member of the active R&B/SOUL collective Soulflex.

DJ FRIP, aka Beatlab’s musical production, draws from his long experience as a club DJ to produce various sounds. Tokyo Gal’s rough and captivating voice guarantees a top-notch musical experience. “Flash Back” promises to be a work that will bring together fans of urban music and 100% Tokyo-style rap for a one-of-a-kind musical experience. This collaborative EP will be available on streaming platforms on February 10.
