DJ TATSUKI Impresses Fans with New EP “23”

DJ TATSUKI continues to impress his fans with new productions presented in the EP “23“! DJ TATSUKI is a producer known for his music selection focused on Japanese hip-hop. His knowledge of Japanese and American hip-hop music allows him to create a unique atmosphere.

His latest project, titled “23“, was released on June 16, 2023. He brought together several renowned rappers to participate, such as Watson, Hideyoshi, C.O.S.A., Fuji Taito, Benjazzy, and Jin Dogg. Among the songs on this album, it is worth mentioning “TOKYO KIDS” and its remixed version. These two tracks were released on YouTube between May 25, 2022, and November 18, 2022, and have already accumulated over 5 million views to date. “TOKYO KIDS” samples the title by Hibari Misora, released in 1950, adding an interesting retro touch to DJ TATSUKI’s music.

His second album, “GOLDEN ROUTE“, released in December 2020, achieved great success by reaching sixth on the Apple Music chart. Furthermore, his song “Invisible Lights feat. Kvi Baba & ZORN“, released under DJ TATSUKI, even reached first on the iTunes chart. In addition to his solo career, DJ TATSUKI is also known for his live performances with ZORN as a DJ. They have been working together for over 10 years and have given remarkable solo concerts at the Nippon Budokan in January of last year and at the Yokohama Arena in September. He even appeared as a violinist in the Yokohama Arena orchestra, showcasing his musical versatility.
