M.O.J.I. and KK FLOW are back with a new single titled “ラストダンス” (Last Dance), this time featuring rapper 句潤 (Kujun), a singular figure on the Yokohama scene, nicknamed the “Hama Cleanup Hitter” — a baseball reference designating the most powerful batter in a lineup, symbolizing an artist you call upon when it truly matters.
This track follows “くもりぞら” (kumori zora), their previous single made in collaboration with CHOUJI and 柊人 (Hiito), which is still fresh in everyone’s minds. The same sonic signature is at work here: a warm Boom Bap beat crafted by Lambic9Poetry, a rising beatmaker from Shizuoka, whose production lends the track a gentle, nostalgic atmosphere.
