The hip-hop festival POP YOURS OSAKA, taking place for the first time at Osaka-jō Hall on Saturday, October 18, has just unveiled its third wave of artists. This announcement highlights the NEW COMER SHOT LIVE segment, an initiative already present at Makuhari that offers a stage to emerging talents of Japanese hip-hop.
Two new names join this programming dedicated to rising artists: FANI and Pxrge Trxxxper. These two performers thus join a concept that allows new voices of Japanese rap to perform in front of a large audience during short but intense performances.
POP YOURS, launched in 2022 at Makuhari Messe in Chiba, has quickly established itself as one of Japan’s most anticipated hip-hop festivals. The event enjoys growing success year after year, with tickets that systematically sell out. Faced with the increasing influx of spectators coming from across the country, the expansion to Osaka responds to strong demand from Kansai fans. The complete lineup already brings together essential figures of the scene such as Awich, Tohji, LEX, bZm, Elle Teresa, guca owl, Kaneee, MFS, MIKADO, Red Eye, STUTS, and Vingo, promising a day rich in musical discoveries.
Alongside this announcement, the third presale of tickets begins today and will continue until Wednesday, July 30. Only stand tickets (A席スタンド) are available during this phase, with a lottery system via Lawson Ticket.
